S taged photographs that most of which reflects my moods, criticism and amusement of the moment
S elected photographs from the trips I'v done between 2006 and 2010. Each trip was for me a thrilling enriching experience, and these photos are one way to keep some of my memories and emotions intact. Among the country I visited, Japan is the one that had the strongest impact one me. Since then my work is most of the time influenced of inspired by it.
M y first steps into the world of photography.
After earning my degree in architecture, I returned to the drawing and painting that have been present since an early age, influenced by a long line of artist in my family.
My attraction to Asia has taken me on numerous trips abroad, specifically to Japan, which left a deep impression on me. The attraction was immediate and serves today as a great source of inspiration.
I use memories and emotions of my travel photographs, which I transcribe in my paintings. I draw my inspiration from other photographers, in particular Japanese. My colour shemes tend toward the raw and the vivid, and reveal my optimism.
